Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using somree.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use somree.

2. Service description

somree fetches public posts from X (Twitter) accounts and public YouTube content that you choose to follow, uses AI to summarize the content, and delivers a daily email digest to your inbox.

3. Your account

Your account is created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your somree account.

4. Subscription & billing

  • The service costs $6 per month, billed through Polar.sh.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price changes take effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit digest content.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

Summaries are generated from publicly available third-party content and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. The somree service, branding, and original content are owned by DK Daniel Krajka.

7. Third-party content

Content sourced from X (Twitter) and YouTube is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content. AI-generated summaries may contain errors or omissions.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of summaries, or uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer protection rights.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before material changes take effect.
